Starting from what time can I check-in?

You can check-in at 15h00.

Until what time can I check-out?

Check-out schedule is until 12h00.

My flight arrives at the end of the night; is it possible to check-in at a late hour?

The reception is open until midnight. If you cannot arrive until this time, please contact the Hotel (+351 249 532 275 | Call to the national landline network) as soon as possible, in order to ensure your arrival in time to arrange.

My flight arrives early in the morning; is it possible to check-in early?

Please notice that the check-in can be made at any time after 15h00. To ensure that it is possible to check-in prior to this schedule, you must book the night before. However, if there are rooms available at the time of your arrival, it is possible to check-in early. You can also leave your luggage to be kept safe in our storage unit.

My flight departs at the end of the day; is it possible to have a late check-out?

If you wish to remain in your room after 12h00, please contact the hotel reception. All rooms are subject to availability. The following additional fees apply: until 13h00. without additional cost, until 14h30 the cost is 50% of the room price and after 14h30 the total of the room price will be charged. You should always verify and request at the reception beforehand the possibility of staying in your room until the desired time.

Is there wireless Internet in the hotel?

There is free wireless internet throughout the hotel.

Is breakfast included in the rate?

A breakfast with local delicacies and organic ingredients is included in the price of any of our accommodation types. Breakfast is served between 09h00 and 11h00. If you have any food restrictions, please inform us.

Is there room service?

Our Mata Bicho menu is available from 14h30 to 18h30. This menu can be served in your room, by placing your order at the reception and for an additional fee of €5,00 per order.

I'm not staying at the hotel, can I eat at the restaurant?

Our Terra Rossa restaurant is open to the public, pending availabiltiy and previous reservation. In order to commit to one of our goals - zero waste - reservation and choice of menu, must be made by 18h00 of the given day. You may find our menu here

Is there a laundry service?

Yes. Any requests for laundry or cleaning should be requested at our reception.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed.

If I wish to surprise someone, is it possible to order a bouquet of flowers?

We will be more than happy to assist you with anything you may need. If you wish to order a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of champagne or even a cake to surprise someone, our team will always be available to assist you.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, the hotel has free outdoor parking. Electric vehicle charging (type 2 charger) is also possible, subject to availability and free of charge for overnight guests. The hotel is not responsible for any damages caused in parked vehicles, nor any damages caused by poor handling of equipment.
