Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the most widespread style of Yoga in the world and is based on Asanas (postures), Pranayamas (breathing exercises) and Dhyana (meditation).
It is the Yoga of the sun, HA, and the moon, THA, bringing to the practitioner the balance between complementary opposites such as: male and female, strength and relaxation, mind and body, matter and spirit.
In the absolute moment of presence and encounter with oneself, through the observation of the dense and subtle, the body and sensations, each one starts to notice changes at a physical, mental and emotional level from the first contact with the practice.
