Ballet for body
Ballet for Body is a method created by ballerina Flávia Gioia that combines dance, Pilates and Yoga movements in a dynamic class that works the entire body in an elongated and elegant way.Discover more
The class is choreographed and the music creates a rhythm of movements where we exercise by dancing.
The movements are basic, so you don't need to have experience in dance or other modalities to accompany the class and enjoy its benefits.
Ballet for Body helps tone muscles, lose weight, correct posture, improve flexibility, work core and glutes and also create a moment of connection between body, mind and energy. -

Pilates is a set of movements performed in order to make the practitioner aware of its own body and respiratory flow, while performing the exercises.Discover more
It was created by Joseph Pilates who aimed to help people become more aware of themselves and believed in the connection between mind and body to achieve physical balance, inner peace and spiritual harmony.
The exercises strengthen the core, called power house in Pilates, correct postural changes, improve flexibility, increase muscle tone, help increase breathing capacity and promote a feeling of well-being. -
