Ballet for body

Ballet for Body is a method created by ballerina Flávia Gioia that combines dance, Pilates and Yoga movements in a dynamic class that works the entire body in an elongated and elegant way.
The class is choreographed and the music creates a rhythm of movements where we exercise by dancing.
The movements are basic, so you don't need to have experience in dance or other modalities to accompany the class and enjoy its benefits.
Ballet for Body helps tone muscles, lose weight, correct posture, improve flexibility, work core and glutes and also create a moment of connection between body, mind and energy.
